Features and benefits

The latest technology and strong performance-two things customers expect from Kubota engines. We continue to provide both through the pursuit of excellence in emissions compliance and progress toward fully electronic controlled engines. These key areas allow Kubota to offer flexibility in the products and services we provide to customers worldwide. A common rail system has made it possible to optimize combustion and create a more durable and quieter engine with higher fuel efficiency. This engine model is available with Diesel Particulate Filter(DPF) + DOC aftertreatment.

Emissions

The common rail system enabled optimization of fuel combustion in the chamber and created a more durable and quieter engine with greater fuel efficiency. The V3800-CT-TIEF4 engine is equipped with a catalytic converter (DOC) and a particulate filter (DPF) and a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system that reduces up to 90% of nitric oxide (NOx). Complies with European regulations on the level of exhaust particles: Kubota Stage IV logo

Flexibility

When working with different equipment developers, the flexibility of each application in countries with different engine needs and different emission regulations is required. In Kubota, the V3 series has been designed and certified in such a way that, with minimal changes to the unit, it complies with strict regulations and yet the engine is easy to install in the machine. Exhaust after-treatment is integrated into the engine itself with smart solutions.
