The Kubota 03-M series with a wide selection of engines covers all the requirements that equipment developers (OEMs) need. A range of different functions such as a built-in electromagnet for fuel supply, low fan position and side servicing of the engine allow engineers to quickly develop the application and make everyday use easier for users. Kubota's original casting technology enables the production of an engine block, where the flow channels for the coolant are precisely metered, thus enabling higher power density and superior engine durability.
The developed E-TVCS system ensures cleaner exhaust and a more environmentally friendly engine. Engineers in Kubota have optimized piston cavities to achieve the lowest level of exhaust particles (PM) in the emission class of up to 37 kW and it is covered in a special MoS2 coating which ensures less vibration transmission to the valves and thus quieter operation. The Kubota D1803-M-E3 allows the transition from E2 to E3 emission class with minor changes in power but no physical changes to the engine itself. The Kubota 03-M series has a side drive (PTO) from a high-pressure pump for the use of hydraulic devices. Optionally, the hydraulic pump can be mounted in 2 places.
