Engines - industrial gas and diesel

I.M.A. Motoren is an international company known as a competent partner for industrial engines, engine accessories and air conditioners. In addition to their own development, production and processing of engines, they have been representing the world-famous Kubota industrial engine brand in Germany for many years. In 2011, in addition to representation, they expanded their program by manufacturing gas engines based on Japanese Kubota engines. With growing interest around gas engines, business cooperation with I.M.A. Engines. Gas engines can be used as cogeneration plants, which means that heat and electricity occur as a by-product. Cogeneration plants use up to 90% of the heat generated during their operation, have a low noise level and are easy to maintain.

Recently they also began producing a powerpack configuration that includes a diesel engine, air filter, fuel filter, cooler and fan, motor wiring, and control panel all together assembled and certified to comply with European Stage IIIB, EU Stage V and US EPA Tier 4. The package is assembled on a housing which is ready for direct installation.

Reliable, economical and with high reputation

Kubota this name is both tradition and innovation. With outstanding technical experience in the field engine construction and years of investment in research and development, Kubota has evolved into one the world's leading manufacturers of diesel engines. Kubota's engines are known for their reliability, accuracy, durability and dolie lifespan.

Gas engines

I.M.A. Motoren established a range of its gas engines based on three Kubota diesel engines (D1803-M, V2403-M and V3600) and redesigned them to run on natural gas (NG - natural gas) or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). ). Due to the higher temperatures generated on the exhaust side, the key parts of the engine are specially adapted to allow the engine to have a long service life. The water-cooled IG 1.8, IG 2.4 and IG 3.6 engines are equipped with electronic ignition and control and are adapted to take advantage of the power set and powerful torque at lower revolution.

Standard ISO3046-6: 2020 - Reciprocating internal combustion engines and overspeed protection.

This document sets out the general overspeed limitation requirements applicable to the protection of reciprocating internal combustion engines and their powertrains. Applies to internal combustion engines for land and sea use and rail transport.

Powerpack Systems

I.M.A. Motoren has based a range of its power-pack engines on the basic Kubota diesel industrial engine with associated equipment to power your app. The motor + motor equipment package enables fast and technically less demanding installation in your machine, without long periods of development, processing and certification of the drive for your application. Today, machine manufacturers in all industries are fully engaged in the development of their devices, marketing, production of service network and preparation of all necessary documentation, so they need a reliable engine, which meets the strictest emission regulations worldwide. Electronically controlled engines with exhaust filtration are becoming legally required and are a major challenge for many manufacturers.

Powerpack engine

Range 28,0 - 48,6 kW

The engines are turn key ready, equipped with a catalytic converter (DOC), a particulate filter (DPF), electronically controlled and meet the Stage V emission class.

od 55,4 - 86,4 kW

The engines are turn key ready, equipped with a catalytic converter (DOC), a particulate filter (DPF), a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system, electronically controlled and meet the Stage V emission class.

It is not recommended to modify the power-pack, as changing the components on the engine will result in the loss of the certificate issued by the relevant office.
