Emissions

The common rail system enabled optimization of fuel combustion in the chamber and created a more durable and quieter engine with greater fuel efficiency. The V3800-CT-TIEF4 engine is equipped with a catalytic converter (DOC) and a particulate filter (DPF) and a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system that reduces up to 90% of nitric oxide (NOx).
